How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We carefully package each order, but if your candle arrives damaged, email us with a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or offer a solution as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
